As a marketing manager at Tildas Group your responsibilities will be to market our many toy brands for our customers and consumers. This include our own two brands Swimpy and Nordic Hoj

You will become part of branding efforts to uphold our position towards suppliers and Nordic customers by finding and adapting all parts of corporate communication to the desired image and reputation and by controlling the Tildas Group narrative.

 

Qualifications and characteristics

You have a degree in marketing, corporate communication or similar and preferably experience from the toy industry or similar.

Knowledge about Mailchimp, Photoshop and InDesign is a big advantage but not a requirement

You have a mindset that focuses on all relevant stakeholders, you are structured and you take responsibility for defining and completing relevant marketing and communication tasks which also includes to keep up to date with what new marketing possibilities.

Good English and Danish (or Swedish) skills in speech and writing.

B2C-marketing
While adapting to the needs of our consumers, customers and suppliers, you plan biannual marketing plans for many of our toy brands and ensure delivery of it to the end consumers

This may involve but are not limited to:

  • Online prerolls on YouTube.
  • Online remarketing
  • Organic and paid social media
  • Influencer marketing
  • POS
  • Instore marketing
  • Printed media
  • Etc.

B2B and e-Commerce

You will play a vital role in achieving our goals of growth as you will also be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing our future webshop.

With a data- and process oriented approach you will get to create online strategies adapted to the customer journey and an online presence that match our strategy. You will bring value to the team and you will work closely with our sales team. Along with our buyers, you will support sales with sales material and product presentations.

 

Among other things, your tasks are:

  • Be responsible for driving and developing all our websites.
  • Develop mailing lists and mailing flows.
  • Generate ideas for increasing sales
  • Develop and report sales results.
  • Project planning and quality control
  • Maintaining own WordPress sites (Tildasgroup.com, nordichoj.com, swimpy.eu) including SEO and tracking. Product data for the new webshop will automatically come from PIM
  • Develop our digital universe including relevant SoMe, newsletters, remarketing etc.
  • Define KPIs in corporation with the CEO
  • Ensure a clear image and brand in corporation with our Swedish product designer

 

Additional info

You will keep be in touch will our international suppliers, customers, partnert and collegues in Sweden and Norway.

The position is located in our Danish headquarter at Nydamsvej 19 C, 8362 Hørning, and visits at our Swedish office south of Malmö and at suppliers, customers and fairs should be expected .
