  • Stay updated on the current competitive situation through information and dialogs with relevant business and trading partners.

  • Reach sales budgets and defined margins through determined and productive result-oriented mindset.

  • Manage a sales or two.

  • Strong leadership skills required, as you will have the daily management of 2 back-office sales people.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience and documented results from a similar position preferably from the toy industry or closely related to it.

  • Structured, foresighted and with basic knowledge about budgets and cost estimates.

  • Ability to document previous good sales results

  • Experienced user of modern IT (Office)

  • Advantage if you have experience with ERP systems

  • Good English skills in speech and writing.
